I usually only use these on large cheat meals and I can tell a big difference in bloating and overall gut health. Normally when I have an unhealthy cheat meal I feel lethargic and bloated right after and even in the morning but when I take these before I eat the bloating seems to be less severe and the following morning my stomach feels great.

I tried this without thinking too much about it, but it blew me away with how good it is. I can eat a ton and feel great when taking these at the start of the meal.
