I conducted a tasting of the smoked duck prosciutto produced by this specific company, and it is worth noting that I found it refreshing to taste the meat without the smokiness; the quality of this product is undeniably outstanding. I am particularly intrigued by the unique flavor characteristics of the meat. Upon introducing my family to the smoked duck, they proceeded to consume the entirety of it, leading me to discreetly hide this one in the back of the fridge until the next one arrives very soon. Delightful!

My dad has alpha gal and this is a really good substitute for normal prosciutto.
