After using these great hearing aid units, one of them would not hold or even charge. I thought that this was the end of the use of using the pair.. BUT, then I decided to use the tiny plug replacement device included in the box with the ear pieces. THAT SOLVED the PROBLEM! Both of the ear pieces charged up and work incredibly well. I also use the app to adjust and fine tune each ear when I feel they need fine, custom tuning specifically for my needs. This is an incredible bargain and product and well worth the price.

Perhaps these would work for someone with a slight hearing loss. They did not work for me.

I love all the control and ease of use these hearing aids give! Ever watch a movie where you can't make out what the actors are saying, but the action scene blows you out of your chair? No more! 3 noise reduction modes! Control from the phone app or a single button on each device. MPO (maximum power output) controls plus volume fine-tuning for each ear or together. Five frequency band adjustments for each ear can be quickly adjusted for any environment. The only problem is that it was shipped with a battery on one side that won’t charge entirely and drains rapidly. That tells me either the QC is lacking or these have been sitting in a shipping container for a long time. I love these hearing aids, especially for the price. Better use that saving on the extended warranty.

I've been using these for about 6 months as a backup for when my usual pair (over$1,000, from Costco) are being worked on and when I'm going to be in/around water (rain or pool). I've been very impressed with their ease of use, sound quality, and Bluetooth capability, given the price. I have moderate hearing loss in one ear and severe in the other, so it's great to have peace of mind that if my primary hearing aids fail, these are available. When I had an issue with setup at the start, I recall their customer service was prompt and helpful. I would probably not use these as my primary pair but as a backup, they are great!

Update after 2.5 days 🧐: iPhone works but very very weak. Ear cones are very soft-larger ones were best for me. I have done hearing test about 10 times-do it in a very quiet place-left year is first tap on “not heard” over and over until you hear the sound and tap heard-it will jump to next level-all blue (left) done tap skip to repeat for red (right) leave things alone for a while then you should see a chart and you tap on “optimize” to set your adjusted aids. This test is slow and clunky but you’ll get it at last. I think the snail like processing takes place remotely? Anyway my work around (since as regular hearing aids they are not too shabby) for phone is use speaker. Better than nuthin’. I liked the price. I found the app (iOS) pretty easy to use. The charging and the accessories are good. Did I say I liked the price? As normal, the instructions can seem unclear. Dig in and get your hands in it. 5 year old aids were getting fragile and these fit the bill perfectly for critical backup. Getting it up and running and connected to bluetooth (took multiple tries) before bluetooth saw “Discovery”. Once that’s done you are on your way. It’s very rough sound this first time but once it’s connected you have the rest of your life to tweak the gear and settings. Quite nice to have a friend phone me to see that calls work-barely audible though. What a relief to know I can travel and this very robust and compact device is along.
