気軽に金継ぎできるので、便利です。 本当の金ではないけれど、子どもと金継ぎの体験を家で簡単にできるので、便利です。

お気に入りのお茶碗が欠けてしまったので食品用でも使えるというこちらを購入。 明らかに落としたであろう破損がありました。 箱は潰れ、筆は折れて、パテ？の蓋も破損して開いていました。 外袋には落とした痕跡が無いので出荷の時点で箱は潰れて中は破損していたのではないかと思います。 返品と返金をして買い直そうかとも思いましたが、送料の保証が500円迄との事で損をするし送り返す手間が面倒なので諦めました。 初めての金継ぎ、とても楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。 破損した物を送られて来ているので星を付けたくはありませんが、物は良いものなのだとは思うので…星2つで。

オールインワンで金継ぎできるキットなのですが、説明が全部英語で、しかも図解が少ないです。 気に入ったカップやお椀を割って、捨てれずにいたので、チャレンジしようと思いましたが、なんのせやったことがないのでイメージがわかず。道具も多いので、取説を読んでも自信がなくて、他の方の評価を読んでYouTubeで動画を探してみました。 これは金継ぎを習ったことがある人向けかなと思います。 どうでも良い食器で何回か練習しないと思うようにできません。 それでも良い経験でした。

Recently I purchased 2 cups from a charity shop, as with any impulse buy I didn't thoroughly check to see if there was any cracks ...arriving home I realised one of the cups was..I have read about kintsugi before when I was doing my art degree so I headed to amazon to see if there was such a kit and landed upon this one. Easy to use, the right tools to do the job and enough to apply to more cracked items. Don't hesitate Just buy!

You really do need to make sure you work quickly and keep mixing the glue. *** What to do:- * 1 Prepare all the pieces * 2 Mix glue and gold powder * 3 Apply glue to the edges of the pieces * 4 Put the parts together *** There instructions:- * 1 ~ Prepare the broken pieces and arrange them in the order of repair. Make sure each piece is clean and dry. * 2 ~ Stir the epoxy resin glue on a paper plate, add the appropriate amount of the gold pigment and mix well. The initial time of curing epoxy glue is 5 minutes, please you need to do all the repair work within this time frame. * 3 ~ Apply the mixed glue to the edge of the breakage and stick the places together I the order of the notches. Be gentle and careful during the repair process. Every time a place is glued, you can continue to stir the glue to prevent it from curing and then proceed to the bonding of the next piece. * 4 ~ After all the places are combined, walt patiently for 24 hours to make sure the glue is fully cured. This is a beautiful kit, worthy of gifting. It is also very complete with good instructions. It's a nice touch having the three different tints of gold, and having the two cups to break for practice use. I have repaired a few things already, practicing. My only comment would be regarding the two-part-glue nozzle. It's a "one-time-use" apparently so purchase more glue, ideally in a separate tube for each half of the glue. You should also realize that the included paint brush is also and obviously a one-time-use use item so you will want more of them. After all, you're using it to apply epoxy (mixed with gold pigment.
