料理をする際に、非接触で表面温度を調べること、深部温度を調べること、その両方を１台で実現できるので便利です。 お茶を淹れる温度は味を左右するので重宝しています。

主にスポンジケーキを焼くときに使っています。 特別不満はありませんが、スタートアップにちょっとだけ時間が掛かるのが気になります。 温度も恐らくきちんと計測されてると思います。

非接触で温度を測ることなんてあるかと思ったけど、意外とあった。 洗濯でオキシクリーンを最適な温度で投入するときや珈琲を最適な温度で淹れる時、室温がエアコンの設定温度通りになっているか、壁に当てて確認するとき。使おうと思えば、料理以外にも色々と使えます。 電源オフボタンがないのに少し戸惑ったが、慣れれば別に気にならない。測ったらポイは楽。 正直、可能性は無限大。

接触ニードルがあるので安心できます

操作も簡単で取説も読みやすく長く使えそうです。磁石が少し弱く自重をギリギリ支えている感じで頼りない。（ホワイトボードではずり落ちていくほど弱い）カラバリが無いのは残念としか言いようがない。

主に料理やコーヒーを淹れる時の湯温測定に使用しています。 探針での測定スピードが速いです。今まで使っていたものと比べ物にならないくらい速いです。 非接触での測定の時は良いのですが、探針の測定では液晶の表示が逆さまになって読みにくいです。 探針の針の方向は逆のほうが使いやすいような気もします。 あと、OFFスイッチもほしい。

Easy to use. This a necessary tool to have when cooking with a Blackstone Griddle. There's no way to tell the temperature of the cooking surface unless you have an infrared thermometer. So easy to have surface too hot or not hot enough. This product works great, is good value for the money, appears to be very well made and durable. Easy to set up, learn how to use, and proficient right away. I look forward to using for many applications. Highly recommend. The temperature probe also works well and is well made. My only concern with the probe is the potential for accident or injury with a sharp point highly exposed.

I've always wanted an IR gun and sifted through so many reviews, then chose this combo. I'm quite pleased with the accuracy and performance of both the gun and the probe. I've tested for accuracy by cross referencing other thermal devices and known constants such as the temperature of boiling water adjusted for altitude. Both devices are quite accurate and reliable.
