THIS IS A SCAM WARNING! I purchased this and did not check it out thoroughly like I usually do with a new addition to my supplement program. HOWEVER, after looking at a capsule I realized that there was NO WAY IT COULD CONTAIN WHAT WAS CLAIMED FOR ONE CAPSULE. I emptied out one capsule and weighed it at 382 Milligrams dry weight without the capsule. The label claims that each capsule contains 870 Milligrams not counting the 100 Micrograms of Vitamin B-12. This is BLATANT MISREPRESENTATION of the product just based on the claimed weight per capsule. If they RIP YOU OFF ON THE WEIGHT, what the Hell is ACTUALLY IN IT! I am highly disappointed in that this carries the GMP seal so one would think that at least the WEIGHT WOULD BE RIGHT! A SINGLE 0 Gelatin capsule will hold 500 Milligrams of a medium density powder. If it DID actually have 870 Milligrams+ of active ingredients in the formula, they would have a hard time getting it into the next larger size capsule, which is a size 00. This formula would actually need to be put into size 000 capsules which are the largest size, and hard for many people to swallow. I am wondering if one is actually supposed to take TWO capsules per dose. That might be the issue, but whatever the issue is, as it stands now it is a RIP OFF according to their own label and weighed out on a MILLIGRAM SCALE WHICH WAS CALIBRATED!

You got everything you need here to give yourself a cognitive boost. It's not a miracle pill, but I feel like you get the most out of what you got without any brain fog when taking these supplements. Alpha GPC, uridine, Phosphatidylserine, L-theanine, etc have always worked for me and I can get it all in one small pill so it's very convenient.8/10 I would recommend it. The value seems good if you prefer capsules rather than trying to dose via powders. It has improved focus and mental clarity without any negative side effects.
