Very nice case when new; but as expected after even the first carry on trip trips small dents and nicks are a fact of life. These dont bother me as I expected it.I enjoy using it as it’s easy to pack and close and so far the latches are holding up just fine. I have about 120K miles on this case and would buy it again.

I did not keep this item as I thought it was poorly made. There was a metal tag missing from it as well; I was not impressed with the presentation.
