Comfort issues
The shoes themselves are generally good and seem well made, but unfortunately there is a serious comfort issue related to the tongue and the material that connects the tongue to the sides of the shoe. On the left shoe, this connecting material bends inward and creates pressure on the inner (right) side of my left foot. On the right shoe, the same issue causes pressure on the inner (left) side of my right foot. This constant pressure leads to painful blisters after wearing the shoes. This is not a sizing issue, but rather a design or material problem. I have attached photos as proof, including images that show how the material folds and the blisters on my feet caused by this issue. It’s disappointing because otherwise the shoes would be fine, but due to this problem, they are not comfortable for regular use.

It works
Boot is a bit on the heavy side, but with a sole that thick it is expected. It is true to size, I have had cat boots before, no break-in time required, ready to go out of the box. My only concern is that they are not breathable in the least, it is Nov, bit cold, but I will most def drown in these in the spring/summer months. I stay away from cotton or thick socks, still my feet get damp. Otherwise a solid choice, due to the high sole I can walk thru puddles, no slips, composite toe. I am sure these will last a long time, my last cats still live if it wasn’t for the soles that I have worn out to paper thin, but that took 2 years.
