The color only shows and pops out on darker hair. It dries down like gel and fades out really quickly. Other fun colors are better tbh.

I purchased this As I Am creme hair color to see how well it would accent my tapered haircut. On the plus side: It is hot outside and even thought I was sweating, the clor stayed on my head. It did not run diwn my face. The color has a orange-yellowish hew after drying. Minus: This creme color came off easily when I touched my head with a paper towel. Just a simple pat and the color came off. POV: This color might work better for longer hair. As for a short haircut, I would wear it that day and wash it off before bed.
