My teeth have aged over the years, but with this product they are as white as my crown of 30 years ago...they'll never be sparkly white, but I'm happy with the improvement. Easy to apply without the torturous mouth piece, 30minutes soon passes. Try not to move your lips too much, as minty gunk leaks. Very strong sticky...a challenge to peel off, & important to brush your teeth straight after to remove gunky stickiness. Leaves your teeth so clean & smooth. Trying their tooth powder now.
