the bra is fine, it's a bit confusing where to put the mastectomy pad but I think I figured it out. The description says the shoulder straps can be crossed for summer tops, they CANNOT be crossed, they are too short for that. I really need something where the straps can cross

This mastectomy pocket bra comes with thin inserts in the bra that are not intended to really add volume, but are there to keep from your breasts being able to be seen through the bra. I like that you can put inserts in the bra from the side or the top. However, I could not get the insert I bought separately to stay in place in the bra to give me an even look in tshirts. The bra is made from a soft stretchy silky type fabric and fits comfortably. It comes with an extender. However, this bra runs very small, so be sure that you size up and pay attention to the recommended size for you. I am returning this item for the reasons I mentioned here.

These are soft and pretty with some lace in the center. Easy to wear and very comfortable. You can slide in the mastectomy inserts easily. Fits like a soft and not binding sports bra would.
