I’ve been taking Omega-3 regularly as part of my health routine, and this one from Naturaltein has been a nice addition. I don’t like the usual fish oil burps or that lingering aftertaste, and this one doesn’t have any of that. I’ve noticed that when I’m consistent with it, my joints feel a bit smoother and less achy after heavy workouts, and overall I just feel like my recovery is a bit more solid. It’s not something that hits you instantly like caffeine or pre-workout, but over a few weeks you do notice the subtle differences in how your body feels day to day. The softgels are easy on the stomach, and I haven’t had any issues with digestion or weird tastes. For daily health, workout recovery, or just keeping inflammation in check, this has been a straightforward and reliable product for me. Naturaltein keeps it simple and doesn’t overcomplicate the formula, which I appreciate.

A good product

Loved it. Packaging is nice. No bad smell or anything, Easy to swallow but please note the capsules are relatively larger in size so some might find it difficult to swallow. Bought it for 800 rupees (60 capsules so ~14 rupee per capsule) on Dec 20 2025, So far experience has been good. Read lot of reviews and lab tests and bought this so trusting on those for effectiveness and quality. Will update review regarding effectiveness later on.

Very satisfied with the results. I'm writing this review after using these capsules for one month and I can actually see the benefits. It reduced the inflammation of my scalp and joints also increased my energy level. If we talk about to the after taste, you will not get those fishy burps for sure because it contains rosemary flavour. Thank you!

I got a bottle with two leaked capsules. There was a bad smell coming from inside bottle and when I emptied bottle, I found two capsules which leaked and it made whole bottle go faulty. There can be healthy issues if we consume other capsules, so it was total loss for me.

The taste isn’t good, and it causes burps after taking it. I’ve used pharma-grade fish oil before, which was far better than this one. I bought this because it was heavily advertised on Instagram. In terms of results, it feels similar to others. I personally didn’t notice any difference from the triglyceride form.

I'm not A nutritionist saw review on YouTube 😅 so can't say it gives what it promises. I'll write what I've felt. Bought it for my mother and me. I just feel I'm doing something good to my body. Our skin and hair quality have been improved.
