Well, it seems to have several pieces of various equipment. Problem for me as a beginner is there are no instructions / guides on how to use them. I saw a video where the review stated there was instructions in the box. Not in the box I received. Sent a message to the seller, they took care of the issue quickly. As far as the equipment, each piece seems well made, I chose the pink and it is very nice. I have used most of the pieces and I have broken anything yet haha. Not sure about the inflatable ball if it will stand up to me for long (6'2" 205lbs) ;)
