These are great bands to add to your at home gym or if you are planning to expand your exercise equipment. I used to use these at the cross fit gym, and with hundreds of people using them daily along with the abuse of some patrons, they lasted a few good years, so I know these bands will last a very long time with me. They are exactly how the product was described online. I'm 5'7'' ,165lbs and consider myself relatively fit for a 50 year old, proud to say that I have strong legs from hiking and various other muscle building exercise, main reason why I use only the larger band. A smaller band is being used by my younger daughter, so I know the family will have good use of it. I really like that it comes in a little bag, so I'll definitely take these bands with me to my future travels.

I didn't end up liking them because even the lightest band felt too tight. They barely allowed for movement.
