Is this lactose free?

I don't know if lactose free but on the label is 'Suitable for lactose intolerance'. This is on the french vanilla flavor. I assume the other flavors are the same.

Does it ned to be refrigerated?

SPLENDA Diabetes Care Shakes are shelf-stable before opening so do not need to be refrigerated. They are best enjoyed cold so we recommend chilling them in the refrigerator before consuming. After opening, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.

Does the shakes have to be refrigerated ?

It didn’t come refrigerated but I did put it in because I thought it would taste good cold.
