Has the omega3 of a fish oil supplement but without the unpleasant burping. Might be a bit expensive for what's included in this supplement. Great quality and comes in at 45 servings per bottle rather than the standard 30. Comes in softgel form making them easy to swallow. No unpleasant taste, excellent blend of ingredients.

I like these; it's a good mix of supplements and the bottle is a good size so they last a while. No ill effects, though I do moderate how much I take based on what my alternate intake of each supplement is. If you take the supplements included, I can recommend the brand.

If used as directed it will last 45 days. The expiration date on mine is Jan 2028. The softgels have a scent that is hard for me to place. Somewhere between "hospital" and "vitamin-y" is the best I can describe it. They are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says made in the USA, non-GMO, and has a GMP stamp. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. The actifproducts site is functional and has a phone number on it. They are available in 3,500 pharmacies and clinics in the US, Europe, and Japan. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I like this blend, including the absence of most fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.
