It's a pack of 6 boxes.. each box has 12 bars.. total bars would be 72

No friend, they are not. The second ingredient is WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT FLOUR. When in doubt look on labels under the ingredient list. They are now OFTEN providing allergy lists. On this box it clearly states a warning of what it contains: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Soy, May contain peanut ingredients. This one hits ALL allergy points. PS. Oat is gluten free. But Not ALL oat are certifiable gluten free. Due to Crop cross contaminant. And they may be processed with wheat product near, in the building or machinery. There are two brands of oats I trust to be gluten free, that is Bob's Red Mill and One Degree. I believe Bob's Red Mill would have a gf oat bar for you. Hope that helps! Be well
