Game changer! I wish I bought this years ago for my kids loft bedroom which gets absolutely sweltering in the spring/summer. Cools the room down quickly and efficiently. Absolute bargain too. Only thing that irks me is it’s a bit noisy but for this price and efficiency I don’t even care. It’s not huge but it is heavy to lift, also remember to leave it to stand for at least 24 hours after delivery to let the refrigerant settle down and stuff. Easy to set up and off u go - cool as a cucumber. Might buy another for the bedroom it’s that’s brilliant.

I would rate 6 stars os more if I could. I've had this for several months now, and I can confidently say it SAVED us during the last summer. Is a bit noisy, but honestly, it truly compensates for how goooood it is. Your room will be cold in minutes with this unit. I would strongly recommend.

Really noisy Generation more heat from cold

Only just started using it so can't comment on durability or longevity, but it's already made a big difference. I did a lot of research, looked a review sites, compared price points and features, and this seems to be the best bang for buck on the market. Managed to get it with a discount for only around £160 - which is hard to beat. The Amazon price was cheaper than going direct strangely. Our windows are atypical, so the fact they give you two ways to connect the hose is great. The controls are pretty basic, but at the end of the day it just needs to do one job in the summer, and that's cool down our top floor flat. This does it brilliantly. It's also not obnoxiously loud which is a bonus. You can have a normal conversation with it running at full blast in the background.

Great unit, packaged nicely and solidly made. This is primarily used in my bedroom and the flexible (fabric) window vent kit was fitted. I dont have a particularly large bedroom and it cools the room down nicely but it honestly feels like it struggles a little bit to keep the room at a constant temp and while I have not tried anything under 23degrees, I doubt it would be keeping the room at 18 or even 20 without struggling. Also it is VERY noisy! While I can sleep with this sort of white noise at night, others might struggle, specially when the compressor kicks in and has a bit of a 'doof' and then sounds like your fridge. Sleep mode is utterly useless, apart from turning the aircon off automatically and reducing the screen brightness. Just turn the brighness down across the board please and actually have sleepmode be a quieter mode for the unit.

Noisy but does the job and gets cold quickly, would struggle to sleep over it.
