Really happy with this purchase. Great functionality and picture. Definitely worth it!

for a thousand bucks you really can't go wrong here, plenty bright, plenty sharp (even makes SD shows from the past seem HD), im happy with my choice considering it took me months of research to decide on the samsung.

The TV is nice. The picture is amazing. Feels like you're in the scene - I can see the pores on closeups. The delivery was grand, too. They brought it in. Took it out of the box. Set it up, and turned it on to make sure it worked.

The screen is warped from the center bottom. You can see the ripples in the image. In addition, there are several damaged areas permanently in the bottom edge of the image. I called samsung support who insisted that this is not an issue. While on the call, I sent pictures, then we did a live video call, TV diagnosis, did a factory reset, all while there is a baby in service reps back ground.. She insisted that the issue is through the samsung ART. But I told her, you can see it better with these images, but the problem exists with all apps.. so we went through the Samsung Health App, etc to show that the problem is still there. After a hour of pleading back and forth, and her insisting that this is not a problem, she relented and a service call was setup. I'll send an update once we meet with the service tech. But, as of now, I would highly recommend to stay away from this TV set. Update: local tech confirmed the screen needs to be replaced

Quite a good deal and enjoy larger screen at home like in a theater. The sound system is not good enough. We have to connect my own speakers.

Great TV. Straight forward setting controls and intuitive interface. Setting it up was pretty easy without any problems. Was pleasantly surprised that it came with hundreds of free channels on Samsung TV pro app.

We haven't had a new TV in close to 20 years and were very overwhelmed by all the choices. After a lot of research and reviews, we settled on this one. The picture is so clear and the sound is amazing. Our room has a lot of windows and we were worried about reflection but it is perfect even in full daylight. The colors are phenomenal. I highly recommend this TV.

The delivery was perfect. Nice delivery guys. Handled with care. The tv is beautiful, huge and what a great picture. So happy with our purchase. It was a definite plus not going shopping, waiting and carrying this 85” tv in the house. Absolutely love it!!!!
