Helps for getting me to sleep and occasional headaches with a great price point .

This pain relief oblong tablets are easy to swallow are super strong and they last a long time. My sleep quality is much better since I have been using them. Pain relief is better too because they are extra strength. They are a great buy for the price and they come in a 300 count bottle. These are just as good as the Tylenol brand only a lot less expensive

Excellent product for the price

Seemed to work as well as the leading brand name acetaminophen as well as the generic. I have been taking varying versions and doses of this medication since I was a child. I just turned 44. It has always given pain relief, this particular dose is slightly higher than the “max strength” doses (500mg vs 650mg) which helps the medication last longer than the other. Just remember to not take more than the recommended dosage per day and it should be just as safe and effective as it has always been. I usually take it in the morning and then at night to help me sleep a lot better, with no aches and pains throughout the night waking me up. Will be buying again.
