Antacid Maximum Strength

In response to negative reviews about the flavor, Genexa recently made some product updates. I first ordered this in July 2025 and the taste was so-so. I reordered in November of 2025 surprised to see a change in shape, taste, and texture. These aren’t supposed to be candy, but the taste is a bit better now. I never had major complaints with the first bottle, though. Also, they are now less chalky, so that’s a plus. As far as effectiveness goes, I have been very pleased! I’ve struggled with acid reflux increasingly in the latter half of my pregnancy and these antacids have been a lifesaver (effectiveness has not changed with the update)! I particularly struggled with being woken in the middle of the night by painful acid reflux. A great fix/preventative step for me is to take one tablet right before bed and I haven’t been woken by pain since!

Saw these as an alternative for pepto bismol and I say it’s worth the buy! On the medium side but it tastes better and helps faster to me than pepto bismol. Definitely would recommend this product. And the flavor was good as well.

We’ve been using this for a few months now, and it’s been a convenient option to keep on hand when I need quick, everyday support after meals. Pros: the chewable tablets are easy to take, the clean ingredient approach is reassuring, and the tablets don’t have a chalky texture compared to some similar products. I also like that they’re individually easy to carry for home or travel. Cons: the flavor may be a little mild if you’re used to stronger-tasting chewables, and you do need to follow the suggested serving size carefully. Tip: keeping a small bottle in your bag or nightstand makes them easy to reach when needed, especially when you’re away from home or traveling. I was suffering from occasional heartburn and these were recommended to me by a pharmacist. They taste find, easy to chew and work fast to provide relief!

Ok I’ve never thought to be on the hunt for a “cleaner” TUMS product, but here I am! When I looked at the ingredients of TUMS it had natural flavors, blue #1, red #40, yellow #5 & yellow #6 😢 For something that’s supposed to make us feel better, no wonder we don’t! Such a bummer. THE GOOD NEWS, though, is there are alternatives. These @genexa antacid tablets are made in the USA, have no natural flavors & no added food dyes. Woot woot! They actually work, the flavor is a solid berry flavor (as it should be since that’s what the box says, lol) and again, the ingredients are much better than actual TUMS. If you’re in the market or ready to make a better-for-you switch, try these out!

I have been looking for a clean alternative to Tums and SO glad to find this. Relief you expect, none of the bad stuff. Easy to use, a bit more expensive than I'd like but that's fine for clean ingredients. Hope they last a while!

Best antacid ever. Tastes way better than Tums and without all the junk in it. Was pleasantly surprised!

Yes these work for indigestion. Yes,these are clean with no colors & fillers. They also taste like potting soil smells. My daughter and I both think these taste like dirt. Not gonna get these again at the high price
