This is the best B12 supplement on the market, hands down.

I have gone through 4-5 versions of sub-lingual B12 over the last 25-30 years, and this is by far the product with the most noticeable positive effect. For me, this coenzymated version beats even the liquid sublinguals, and they were a noticeable improvement over the older sublingual lozenges. I will continue with these until & unless something better comes along.

I like the flavor of the tablets and that I can chew them up if I prefer. These have been the only B 12 supplements that I have looked forward to taking daily. I am a sensitive swallower and prefer to chew pills.

I don't really know if it helps my specific health issue, but I do know it does get in your system because of the bloodwork I have had, it did show I had sufficient levels of B-12.
