A great mix to have on hand for when you 'need it now'! Vegan 'butter' worked well. I've used the scones mix as well since I cannot find either of these locally, I had to order. Warning - The scones were addictive. My only complaint is that the two items I ordered were literally crammed in my mailbox making them Totally Unsutable for the gift basket I was putting together... The box was smashed and the lid popped open. So this is on Amazon.... My delivery instructions said where to leave packages and not to put items in the mailbox. That portion is now in all caps!!! Next time, I'm ordering from the manufacture
