Either really, I just put the H&S in a freezer or a Polly bag then add the chicken in and shake and it sticks perfectly to the meat\fish. Loverly. You don't need as much as you think you do.

As far as it go I had friends over an one is a vegetarian so I always cooked his first all this is I is a powder mix of spice's hope it help

I think you could, but it is very spicy; might overwhelm the fish I’ve only used it on chicken.

When i use this i always use breast strips .dip breast in beaten egg then in coating and deep fry straight away.beautiful in wraps with salad😘
