Awesome bike and easy to assemble.

Bought a guardian bike, but my 4.5 year old (on lower end of height for bike) could not reach the ground and had never had a balance bike. I got this (in pink, based on his request) for him to learn to balance. It is LIGHT and super easy to set up and adjust the seat height. My son loves it. After 2 days, my 2.5 year old tried to ride it, and both the kids were fighting. So I got a green one for my daughter (color she asked for) too. Now we have two of these. Let's see how it goes.

It is a great bike. My boy loves it. He is three and this things is sooo light (but strong and sturdy) that he can fling it around and do tricks and slide-outs. He rides it around the house like a crazy Evil Kenevil. This is part of the problem though. The frame is super lightweight AND so are the tires, which are made of a study solid foam of some kind. It is durable but also super lightweight and slippery on a lot of surfaces. Outside on rough cement and blacktop it is no problem but in the house on carpet and tile, or on smooth concrete, like the garage floor, or various other surfaces those wheels slide out. I can't count how many times he wipes out when on the surfaces - often times when he is just sitting in one spot and leans off to the side a bit. It's a mixed bag that it is so light, because he has total control and it is fun for him, until he hurts himself and the tears start flowing. He loves the bike and it is so awesome how he is really learning to balance in a fun way. I also got one for his older sister who I don't think would have ever graduated from her training wheels. Now she whizzes along on her balance bike (which has normal, but much heavier, wheels and tires) and loves to see how far she can go balancing. Balance bikes are definitely the best way to start a kid of learning to ride and all in all I would say these BIXE are a great option in terms of cost/benefit.

Honestly this is a fantastic buy. I spent what seems like a month and a half reviewing balance bikes for my toddler (2yrs). I was worried that this bike wouldn’t be very good quality or hold up. Boy was I wrong. This bike is nothing but a quality. It lives up to all its features and more. It took no time to set up. It is light weight (I’ll throw it in th bottom of my stroller & take it to the park. And my kid can pick it up.) it can even withold my weight when i sit on the bike ( to show my kid what to do) I have a girlfriend who bought her child the $150 extra light balance bike on the market & this one is just as good if not better...because well you saved a few $! Thus far 4 months later. It has been a fantastic buy. It has held up well, with the exception of the sticker peeling up. But honestly who needs the sticker. I definitely recommend this bike to everyone whether your trying to buy a balance bike or a light balance bike for your little one... this one beats them all (strider etc.)

I got this balance bike for my son who was struggling on a bike with training wheels. The light weight and freedom from the pedals gave him alot of confidence, and he built up his balance very quickly. All in all my 4 year old spent about a month on this bike before moving on to a bike with pedals. Balance bikes are really the ONLY good way to learn to ride a bike and cant recommend this enough. Quality of this bike is fine, and more than good enough for its intended use. My son got very confident with this and was taking it off the curb and shredding after just a couple of weeks. The firm foam tires have performed admirably and will be good enough for the next kid we pass this on to. I was on the fence about spending more for a more well known brand, but I am very happy I went with this one. No regrets whatsoever.

I love it and my son loves it a lot! It is very light and super easy to ride. Easy to mount and really happy to have bought it! We have the small version. For my son who is 102 cm tall.
