This bed is awesome, my grand daughter loves it, takes a little while to put together for one person but it is accomplishable. It is a little close to the bedroom ceiling fan but that's okay we put a smaller blade fan and it works great, the desk space underneath is great for homework time.

IMPORTANT PREFACE: This product contains lead, which is not listed anywhere in the product information. Only found out after it was put together. TLDR; Good/Solid frame, frees up floor space, and long/labor intensive build time (at least 2 people recommended). Loss of 1 star because lead and build time. I like the product otherwise. The non-TLDR review: The frame itself is actually quite nice, though a little intimidating to get on top of at first after building. The stairs make it super easy for me to get up and down, as opposed to the ladder most of the other frames I looked at had. It feels incredibly sturdy and provides the much needed space of a free floor in a 240 square foot apartment. I willingly chose to ignore the mattress height recommendations because I don't have the additional funds to also by a brand new mattress when I already have a perfectly usable one. If you're not low on funds and are getting this for a child, I highly recommend you actually follow those guidelines for safety. I'm a grown adult and am able to understand and take these risks. Even with the incorrect mattress height, it's still a solid bed. Took six hours to build with two people. Only took like two breaks, and only for a few minutes for basic things like bathroom and water. It's pretty labor intensive and I'm convinced anyone on here saying it took less time with only a singular person is nursing a wounded ego. The instructions were mostly clear and easy to figure out. Having a second person to look them over with you genuinely helps.

Very sturdy. Kind of a hassle to assemble, but manageable with two people. Great value for the price. Really good size, roomy enough underneath, and the shelf up top is a nice addition.

for the price, this is the one you want. made extremely precisely but arrives in many parts. you need space to keep the parts organized and YOU MUST have a second person to assemble this. the step involving all the rods on the bed is challenging but a great team building activity. I love the look of this bed, incredibly sturdy and if built right will last you. Ignore the twin mattress I've loaded onto the top in my photos, the one I bought fits a full mattress. comes with chinese remote style lights I skipped installing, as I use my own smart lights. I'll also add that the desk is only a foot wide but six feet long, not L-shaped. I plan to add some more furniture underneath to supplement.

Very nice loft bed for the price. Excited expectations. Bed came in 2 boxes, one about 80lbs and the other about 100lbs. The instructions where very good and easy to follow. All the hardware is numbered and there is an extra bolt of each size in the pack. Have an extra set of allen wrenches on hand, the supplied ones did strip out in the middle of assembly. All pieces are numbered and was packaged very well. Assembly took about 5 hours, there are a few steps that you will need an extra set of hands for. Only negative is the led lights, the adhesive stuck to the peel off backing and they will not stay on the bed. Other than that, no complaints what so ever. Highly recommend!!!!!!

We are about a week into using the bed, and for the most part, it is great. There is a lot of movement and a feeling of instability when both my partner and I are using the bed. Although we are under the weight limit for the top, it can be a little unnerving at night. If this is something that would bother you, I would not recommend this bed. Otherwise, it is incredibly helpful in our small space for creating more room. It took hours to build with both of us, but it wasn't complicated- excluding the part where you have to put the rods into both of the side panels- this part was tricky, and I recommend having some help for this. The stairs are sturdy, and the height of the bed is perfect for still being able to sit up and having a vanity underneath. Overall, it is worth the price.

If you ever wanted a loft bed get this! Took me a good part of an afternoon to put it together and was able to do it by myself. Very surprised at how sturdy this thing is. Bought some LED strip lights to put around the bedframe and its awesome. Great design and looks as though its gonna last a while. I would advice to buy non skid strips on stairs as its very slick.
