Super bright! Puts the street light to shame. Two 50w light up a very large area. Could have probably been fine with just one, but I wanted light and I've got lots of it now.

This is a 120 watt wall pack area light for use more in commercial areas than residential ones. It has a motion sensor and will light when tripped. This is an LED light and will achieve full brightness instantly. It is very economical to operate and there is no service required. It is very easy to install and connect and is weatherproof. These are popular and there is good reason for that.

Presentation, especially for a product of this price, was disappointing. Essentially just the 2 light fixtures in bubble wrap, no product box, no other accessories. It reminds me of 2nd hand or factory second products. The housing is metal and the lens is glass so it should hold up fairly well long term. There are conveniences but there are also setbacks for the installation process. The front part with the glass and the fixture body easily come apart to make installation easier, especially since the glass part is much heavier than the other half. The fixture has screw type punch outs on the back and on each of the 4 sides for passing wiring and the day/night sensor also uses one of these screw out plugs so it can be relocated (like to the bottom like I did on mine). The mounting screw locations are not these convenient screw out type plugs though. You're required to drill metal out for your own shafts for the mounting screw locations that you prefer and of course, you'll have to source your own mounting hardware. The metal at these locations is fairly thin, but it's just another hurdle that becomes a problem for those without the proper tools. These decisions were surprising to me considering the trouble they've gone through with the other stuff to make installation easy and convenient. The light output is really good, just a good amount of white flood light that has a wide reach. It doesn't have the hot spot of light that you commonly see from round "barn" style flood lights. So far no problems with the operation of the light. The only thing I noticed was that the day/night sensor does come on much earlier than other day/night lights I have or have used, a good 10-15 minutes before the official sunset time on a mostly clear evening. While my other day/night light will wait till after sunset but before total darkness.

My father in law wanted to add some light around the back of his house. So we decided that this type of light would work best for what he needed. I was able to install them in about an hour or so each. (I had to run new power lines.) We have them both set to the lowest brightness and they are perfect. The whole back yard is now lit up very nicely. We tried them on the brighter settings, but they seemed too bright for his yard, so we went back to the lowest settings. Super nice lights.

these hyperlite LED wall pack lights live up to the hyperlite reputation. I have had my husband install them by the horse paddock and they are preforming very well. I have other hyperlite products around the property and these are as the others. Made very well and easy to install.
