Have a family member who have had it for over 15 years and still works great. We got ours and love it. Works great for the boat or even at home. Easy to clean and cook. The stainless looks great and no rust as long as you clean it afterwards after each use with clean water. Will use for many many years to come. Works great on the boat as well. Does not falls off while driving the boat, stays put with the arm that attaches to it. Do not run your boat with the cover on it as it will fly away. Just use the cover for storage after cleaning it.

This Grill is being used on our pontoon boat along with the pedestal mount, which by the way was very easy to install. When we traded in our old pontoon boat for a new one we had a Coleman grill that also was installed with a pedestal mount. You really couldn't grill anything more than hot dogs or brats on it because it was pretty weak in the flame department, but it was ok. This grill is much better at getting the heat to the grill itself. We had no problems cooking ribeyes on here in about 7-10 mph winds, was no problem. It looks great and if we decide to go inland to a campground somewhere it comes right off of the pedestal and fold out the legs with no issues at all. We really love this grill and with all the accessories that we bought for it are very nice and fit the grill really well! It was for sure worth the extra money for this!

Great boat grill! Compact, easy to install, and cooks evenly. Perfect for grilling on the water. Highly recommend for boating trips!

Updated Review Since my original review, I’ve now found a way to get the temperature setting/regulator to work properly with a larger propane tank (see photo). Thus, I added more stars and have updated this review. The trick is, before lighting the bbq, turn the temperature setting to high, then open the valve on your propane tank, then light the bbq. Is this sequence the temperature can now be sent to low, medium or high and the grill then gets over 700 degrees on high. Original Review ———- I’ve used this bbq twice and find it does not get hot enough to cook. I put it on high, heated up the grill for 5 mins then it took 20 minutes to cook a burger. The regulator / gauge has 3 settings, low, medium and high. The flame stays the same on each setting.

The grill is made of high-quality materials and clean and solid construction. This will last for years with proper care. Follow the instructions, don't overheat the grill by preheating it like a BBQ or you will change the stainless steel composition. Fold-out legs are strong and sturdy. The handle is strong and lets you carry the grill easily. I added the rod holder mount and shelf, well worth the additional cost. It comes with written instructions and the nuts and bolts for any mount they sell.

Amazing results and consistent hearing. We cooked 18 steaks (smaller steaks) on this for the holidays. Amazing. Very happy.

.......... what can i say... CATCH AND FILET!! I love having this on my boat! It set up easily and I bought the rod mount holder for it. We grilled kabobs while we were island hopping and had a great time! It heats up very fast and cleans/stores easily. The lid does lock down the the propane tank is portable and easily attaches/detaches for safe storage. It has held up very well since I purchased several months ago! It is all high qualitu stainles steel and it is definitely a quality product! I must also mention i live in FL so this was on a SALT WATER boat and it is holding up great! No rust so far and it has been several months! I would say the biggest pros are: 1) IT IS A GRILL ON AT BOAT 2) stores nicely and cleans up easily 3) high quality definitely resists rust Cons: NONE :) Enjoy!

Sharp edges, be careful cleaning it. I cut myself pretty good scrubbing the parts. The grill works nicely for low in fat meats (fish, shrimp, chicken, turkey), but is unbearable to use on fatty meats (steak, burgers). It flares up so much everything gets torched. I typically sear on the grill and then when it catches fire I transfer to a cast iron pan and finish it there. It’s annoying because that’s an extra pan to clean. I will keep it for the beach/boat and use it for chicken, but I’m buying a different grill for steaks and burgers.
