They do protect the watch face. For some reason they tend to slide around a little and eventually you just have to replace. Tried to take off and put back on but does not last long and does not seal back as good but overall they work great for the intended purpose. They just stick on the main part of the watch face but not expensive either. You can see in the pic how it dies around the edges but still protects 95% of the face area.

Cannot stick curved edges, so peeled off easily.

This is my first fitness watch and I really do love it! I hardly notice that I am wearing it because it fits so comfortably and provides my with my pulse, step count and even my blood pressure! The app is simple to use and a helpful tool for monitoring your health! I also love the pink color!
