Amazing item. Really came in absolutely pristine/premium condition with only 77 cycles on the battery and 88% capacity left. The Macbook looks completely unused. This really was a steal! Thanks so much, can't wait to make so much new music with this!!!!

I brought this Aug 1, 2025 as a refurbished MacBook Pro, 16 inch with one terabyte. This was better than buying a new MacBook Pro. It saved me in cost and is very powerful all that I need for now yes I spent mon because it is the top of the line for that year, but me buy a new with the same tier would have been way higher in price. So I took the price cut in half. It didn’t have any scratches or dents on it either. So if asked would I buy this again from them yes I would no complaints battery was good too!! I do have a case on it to protect it watch I’m glad I did because it would have scratches or dents on it by now!! And I have a keyboard cover and screen protector on it as well.

Hi there, I bought my laptop about three months ago and since then the laptop has been excellent. I’ve been able to create videos and make music with no problem. Thank you for providing me with awesome product.

Premium refurbish is listed as not having scratches visible from over 12” away, battery over 90% and fully working. Received the MacBook and it had several scratches or gauges that were easily visible including the corner of the metal near the touchpad being worn or flattened at an angle. The battery was at 85% capacity and the finger Touch ID was broken. Apparently when a third party replaces the touchID it’s common to not work, and in this case it definitely didn’t. I tried updating to the latest software, cleaning with a dry computer cloth, and ultimately the finger print ID was useless. Failed immediately when tried to add a fingerprint and the new OS reported it as a problem. I guess I won’t buy a refurb from anyone but Apple in the future if at all. This was from Prime Mobility. Would have been a great deal if it worked and was in premium condition as advertised. The return options are bad too, I have to drive 26 miles now to return this computer because there is no UPS nearby and no other options. Horrible experience and I paid expedited shipping because I lost my job and then my computer broke at the worst time, so I was in need of a computer asap and wasted two days waiting for delivery and now wait more for when I am about to buy a new one and won’t even get the money back for this until a few days after it arrives back in New Jersey where it was shipped from.

Macbook pro arrived as described. Actually in a better condition than expected! It also came with a brand new 120W charger which is a plus! Also arrived within a week of ordering and packaged safely which is appreciated since its from a 3rd party.

Honestly, after reading so many mixed reviews I was worried—very worried—especially since I also had to pay import taxes when the computer arrived in my country. But it turned out the laptop really was like new. The battery had only three charge cycles, which clearly shows they took the time to refurbish it properly, considering it’s a 2021 model. My experience was very good—very good.

The device is really good, have been using it since a month and have not seen any issue with device. I recommend this seller as the price point was competitive.

I would like to share my thoughts on the computer that I purchased recently. Overall, I think it's a great computer and would give it four stars. One of the reasons for this rating is that I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had 2 TB storage instead of the expected 1 TB. However, I deducted one star because I noticed some issues. If the company had removed the top cover of the computer to clean the fans, they would have noticed the presence of mini copper wiring and red dots from the glue that holds it. Additionally, the battery performance was not up to the mark as it was at 80% and I also observed that the fans were quite dirty. I have replaced the broken fan and battery of the device. Please ensure that you run full diagnostics within the return time. To make sure that the fans are functioning properly, connect as many monitors as possible and perform some heavy work on the device. The fan stopped working within the first three days of when I bought the device, and it took me six hours to replace it.
