If you have an indoor-only cat/s, in a well sealed building where fleas from the environment aren't an issue, Catego worked alright for our cats. The liquid is sticky and lasts a long time, and it does not dry fast like other treatments, both OTC and prescription. When we moved, Catego unfortunately didn't even make a dent in the issue, and the cats now receive prescription grade flea treatment which has stopped the issue completely over the course of a couple months. No matter what you get, if fleas are an issue, make sure to vacuum often, brush/comb your cats every day, etc. Also flea treatment prescriptions aren't a thing in most countries, and you can get most of the most popular prescription products from online stores in other countries for about half price plus shipping, just make sure to do your research for an online retailer and compare prices! (don't wanna mention any site in particular do to it being a review for catego, but hope it can help somebody out there)

Yall. This stuff WORKS! I have literally tried soooo many stinking flea and tick meds. One even made one of my little kitties super sick and was toxic for him! Another one caused my other cat to lose hair. It’s been a wild ride, to say the least. But this stuff WORKS!! My two white kittens get eat up with ticks. Big ones, small ones, all of them. They drag them in to our house and it has been a struggle. The only thing that was helping was $50-$60 bravecto and then my vet wouldn’t give that to me without having to bring them in for a check up. I researched and researched trying to find something that would work just as good and this is it!! It’s been on my kittens & big cats for two weeks now and the ticks haven’t been on them at all. I’m so impressed! No bad reactions, no bad smells, and no ticks since the day I put it on them. They didn’t even dig and scratch at it like they normally do with the rest of the flea and tick meds. Fully support this brand & this flea and tick medicine!

Vet-recommended and I concur plus great value. I had been using another major brand of feline flea/tick until a manufacturer change caused one of my cats to have a horrible reaction. He’s been intolerant to three other pest-control brands until now. Thank you, Catego, for providing an irritant-free flea/tick formula which also worked fine on my kitten. No scratching until after the month time to reapply. Using my amazon subscription as an application reminder.

I want to start with the fact that Catego is AWESOME! It works quickly, there’s no bad smell, and once you get the tube itself out, it’s incredibly easy to use! There have been no side effects whatsoever after three months in a row of use (no hair loss, no scabbing, no excessive scratching, etc.), and I genuinely believe this product is top-tier and worth every dollar. The reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is the packaging that holds the tubes of Catego. I understand the need for childproof packaging, especially when dealing with items that can harm even adults! However, this packaging is just a little bit ridiculous. I spent FOREVER trying to find the right positioning to be able to finally pop it open, and by the end of it, my fingers were sore from pulling so hard and in so many different ways. It shows you how you’re supposed to hold it to open it, but even when doing exactly what it said, it still just didn’t want to open for me! That being said, after opening and closing it a few times, it had finally loosened up enough that I could open it without struggling as much as the first couple of times. I would love to see this in packaging that is just a bit easier to open! Either way, I’m going to continue buying Catego as my cat’s monthly flea treatment due to how great the product itself is!

Buy!!! I was at my wits end with my poor senior 15 year old kitty having fleas! She’s never had fleas since I’ve had her as a kitten! This was pure torment to me and her. Frontline is what I would use when I had my dogs and had them all on it for years. I hadn’t used it in over 8 years and tried it again when I saw a flea or two on her! It did not work, and the problem worsen!! I even doubled on the dose combing her twice a day removing the fleas manually!! I applied one dose of this and she is finally flea free!! Don’t waste your money and energy on other products and try this! I am in CA and fleas have become resistant to Frontline so this is your next best option; trust me!!!

I have two cats. We ordered this product twice. The first time I was so glad to find an effective product at an affordable price. It worked as it should--no issues. We were impressed enough to order it again. The 2nd time...about 30-45 minutes after application, both cats begin to meow in a distressed manner and running around disoriented. Both of their mouths were open and they were panting heavily. Their hearts were beating incredibly fast. They began stumbling as if they were drunk. Each application, we applied the same amount in the same manner-per the instructions. The results were dramatically different and terrifying the second time. They are fine now but it was a scary 4-5 hours. I will never use this product again. My fur babies are worth the extra cost with no risk to their health. I read that many of you have had great success with this product. Perhaps it was just my cats--or a bad batch. But please closely watch your cats after the application to make sure they are ok.

This product works well for getting rid of fleas. It is sensitive on my cats skin and fur without leaving such a greasy residue! If you stay on top of the monthly treatments you can stay on top the flea problem making the worth the money :) This product combined with making sure your home is flea free works wonders!

Seems to work well for flea prevention, however, the last two months I’ve used this, I’ve had to pluck big, fat ticks off my barn cats. It advertises for tick prevention but it doesn’t work for them at all.
