I really like this it’s quite. the charge lasts at least a week on the motion sensor. Water flow is good. I suggest getting a mat to put under it. Specially if you have cats that like to play in their new water fountain! Lol! My cats love it! It cleans easily. Keep your sponge and filters clean that keeps the water flowing steady.

Great purchase! Love the backup battery so we never have to worry about power outages or being out of town. Doesn’t have a constant flow but has motion sensors to keep the water flowing and fresh for my pets. Easy to clean and came assembled!

We've been using this for nearly a year and I'm still recommending it to everyone. It's quiet, works perfectly, and easy to clean. The cats are happy to use it, and like to watch the blue light turn on and off. The battery last a long time too, so there's been very little annoying maintenance.

Ordered a new one, but I definitely got used one. Not that big of a deal, but it didn’t come with the filter like it said it would so I had to order filters. But overall the quality is pretty good for the price, assembly was easy, cleaning it is easy, and it works as intended.

I got this fountain mainly because it’s cordless, and that alone made a big difference for me. I like being able to put it wherever I want without worrying about cords, and it’s been nice not having to keep it near an outlet. The size is great! I don’t have to refill it constantly, and it lasts my cat several days. I also really like the stainless steel top since it feels cleaner and is much easier to rinse and wipe down compared to fully plastic fountains. My cat took to it pretty quickly, which was a relief. It was easy to set up, and I appreciated that it came with extra filters and sponges so I didn’t have to order replacements right away. It’s also pretty quiet, which I was worried about, but I barely notice it running. You do have to clean it regularly so it keeps working well, but that’s expected with any water fountain. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it if you want a simple cordless fountain that does what it’s supposed to do.

I really like it. I have 2 cats and I bought this as a present from Santa Paws. The set up is really easy. I charged it up the night before I set it out for them so it was ready to use. They had a water fountain like this when they were about 1 but it needed to stay plugged in and they kept flipping it over to see how it worked. I got rid of it because I didn't want them to electrocute themselves. Thought I'd try this again since they are now 10. I first tried to set it near there water bowl but one of my cats was afraid of it and wouldn't go in the room. So I took it out and brought it to my living room. It's really quiet and sleek and motion sensor is a great feature.. I ended up turning it off and sitting on the floor to show my babies there's nothing to be scared of. I let them see each piece and I'm guessing it will baby steps with it because the motion sensor that triggers the spout is freaking them out. I'm leaving the top off in the living room for now but I'm going to slowly move it to their water area and add the lid. I'm sure they will love it as much as I do in a week or so.

After almost 6 months and for the price of this water fountain, I gave it a 5 star review. It is small and only for 1 or maybe 2 cats. Mine stopped working yesterday but after looking at other review, I tested if it is because it needed a reboot. The review stated that after plugging it into a computer, started working again. So this is my ways of rebooting. The fountain had a blue light indicating that was fully charged, I removed the battery and with a USB cable connected it to my cell phone, I opened the my files folder (I don't think this step is needed) but I didn't know what to do, I noticed the blue light came on as soon as I plugged it into my cellphone, tried pressing the top button on the fountain and the white signal like wifi on top of the battery came on, immediately I unplugged it from my phone and reinstalled it into the fountain, and started working as usual. Hopefully this helps someone and avoid them throwing away a good fountain. By the way, I used my android phone.

Cons are the dark side of the bowl makes it hard to see the water level without a flashlight. Don't place it in a dark corner. It functions without splashing. The battery life is extra long. Programming is easy to select. It is very good quality and ultra quiet. There is a blue light that comes on when the water flows, with no way to turn it off. The light is surprisingly bright and I can see the glow at night in my small apartment.
