I switched to Lavazza Nespresso compatible capsules completely. Great quality.. and for half the price. It does not have that many flavors as Nespresso does, but I like those a lot.. and they are head and shoulders above other brands who are producing Nespresso compatible capsules. Illy was another good brand, but they became as expensive as Nespresso.. so now, we are fully Lavazza Expresso house.

The Lavazza lungo capsules I've used (several boxes of them now) all have the same peculiar issue. When you start the brew cycle, it spits out about 5 seconds of clear water into your coffee cup before you can hear the foil being pierced and actual lungo coffee comes out the spout. Every time. So I have ended up putting my spoon under the spout when I start brewing to catch the clear water then when I hear the foil break and actual brewing starts then I remove the spoon and pour out the collected clear water. I get this behavior with NO other 3rd party Nespresso capsules. So they need to do a better job with these re: sealing I guess.
