I wanted to like this spritz but the taste just didn’t work for me. It’s definitely citrus-forward but comes off kind of bitter and a bit weird. I tried it both straight and over ice, and neither really helped. I appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients and is alcohol-free, but the flavor just wasn’t enjoyable for my palate. It might be better for others who like bitter, herbaceous drinks.

It was tasty, nice to have an option since many of our senior friend can't indulge because of medication, they can still party.

This is a mix with many very strong flavors, but the bitterness is what comes through the most. It’s not pleasant and to me, definitely requires ice in order to even sip it. I don’t get the lemon and lime and citrus promises. All I get is bitter unpleasantness. Hopefully you will enjoy it more than I did.

Both my husband and I really enjoyed these. He said, in fact, "This is exactly what I want out of a non-alcoholic beverage". For me, I typically enjoy gin-based drinks that are not too sweet. I also enjoy drinking tonic water (on its own). I like herbal. I like bitter. And I like citrus, and this is all of those. When it's cold, it's refreshing. These are definitely a hit-or-miss beverage. But, I have found most of the non-alcoholic bevvies I've tried are hit or miss. For me, it's a 5-star drink, and I would order this with my meal. So, there are definitely people I would recommend this to, and there are many people I wouldn't. If you enjoy a similar flavor profile as me, this might be a good fit. If you don't like bitter + herbal, you might want to move along.

These citrus spritzes have a really fruity pleasant scent, but that does not translate over to the taste. These were extremely bitter to the point I couldn’t taste the citrus at all. Worse, the bitter taste lingered for several minutes. My husband tried it too and compared it to medicine. If you really love bitters you might like this, but I was hoping this would be more citrus than bitter and it wasn’t. Just not for me!

This Citrus Spritz tastes very different when drinking straight from the can versus in a glass, highly recommend chilling and pouring it out of the can to sip on to fully enjoy the unique flavor. That said, there seems to be some major labelling discrepancies with the product I received. The Nutrition Facts and ingredients list on the can differs from the information printed on the box, and the description in the listing here sounds like it's referring more to what's printed on the box (spicy, notes of lemon and lime) versus what's actually in the can. If you're buying this based on the description, double check the ingredients shown on the can before committing to it!

Lapo's Citrus Spritz is interesting! I've been looking for a refreshing non-alcoholic option that actually feels like a proper grown-up drink, and this totally hits the mark. All in all, if you're trying to cut back on booze or just want a delicious NA option, you have to try these. They're super convenient in a can, making them great for picnics, barbecues, or just chilling at home!
