The product arrived on time and in good condition. I started taking it last week so it is too soon to see the long term results. They go into detail as to why each thing is included in their product- if they couldn't find a reason for it, they wouldn't put it in. They also give references to primary research articles that back up their rational. First time taking Fish Oil. Direction on the bottle say to take 4, I took two and now I'm burping up fish. (probably my fault for not eating beforehand) Otherwise, great product.
