It already had spark plugs and the extras were just extras.
GREAT! So, it was delivered late, and I saw a few bad reviews and became worried. It arrived a day earlier than expected because of the new delivery date. I installed it and after inspection I ran it. It started on the second pull and ran great! I switched the gear oil to check for metal shavings and there wasn't any. My Maiden Voyage is this weekend and I'm certain the 18hp will be what I wanted for my 14' V-hull. Honestly, I could of just installed it on the boat and just went to the water without inspecting or testing it. Great quality!

Not a scam
Came in a little later than I was expecting, July 8th (ordered a few weeks before the 4th of July) but came in good condition and fired up instantly.
