(You have to try it to get the right consistency.) You can add a little salt or not. FANTASTIC PEANUT FLAVORED SOY NUT SPREAD. I like to mix it into yogurt and eat with fruit for lunch. Great in smoothies. Have fun! Review: I wasn’t able to find this brand in my regular Asian market where I purchased it for years. To my surprise, I found it on desertcart. I’ve tried other brands of kinako, but their taste falls flat. The Shirakiku brand is a staple in my home and used especially at New Year’s. The powder is mixed with white sugar to coat warm mochi. Very good!
