titanium cutting board
As advertised. I love mine, I got the big one. I've used it for everything meat, fish, I just leave it on the counter- its flat and uninstructive- so it takes up no room.

Not Titanium as listed in product specs but Stainless Steel.
Product is not as described in the product specifications. The boards arrived and are stamped SUS 316 which is high grade stainless steel. They are not titanium as described. Here is the difference between 316 Stainless Steel and True Titanium. Titanium and 316 stainless steel are both strong, corrosion-resistant metals, but they have key differences in strength, cost, and weight. Titanium is generally stronger, more corrosion-resistant, and lighter than 316 stainless steel, but it's also more expensive. 316 stainless steel is more cost-effective and easier to machine, but it may be less strong or durable in some applications.

Easy cleanup. Titanium? Not so sure
First off, I don't believe that this cutting board is titanium. I ordered two other titanium cutting boards at the same time from a different vendor. As explained by other purchasers, when a cutting board that is 100 percent titanium is tapped with sobering liked a hammer or utensils the sound of makes sounds dull and almost hollow. A stainless steel cutting board on the other hand sounds sharp and ringing. The cookie of titanium is a bit darker and less shiny. This cutting board has the color of stainless steel and a sharp ring sound. So or is possible that your night be paying extra for a titanium cutting board but get a stainless steel board as i think this one is. . That being said, it is stiff enough to resist bending, is exceptionally fast and easy to clean, especially meats and poultry. So while I am basically satisfied that the board works as expected I remain skeptical about its metal composition.

Not as advertised
Scratches can be deep, hold food/moisture. Fills knives, high maintenance product to keep clean. Much too expensive.
