Been using this for quite a number of years, either in coffee or mixed with water. The benefits are amazing, and will Ph alkaline effectively. Unfortunately, although the product is commonly available in countries where kidney stones are rampant (poor drinking water etc.), it is not generally available here and is therefore expensive. Also, GPs do not seem to be informed of the beneficial effect of reducing acidity.

A little pricey, but it works great in balancing my pH, works when my body gets too acidic

This salts are amazing. I highly recommend them! Since starting to take them I already have noticed a difference in the way I feel. They give me more energy and help recover quicker after long days at work or after workout

half scoop per 1 litr add very small amount of pink himalayan salt, take few days mornings before eating or with food together, does help clean your body :) can do some time, but have to as with all herbals etc to keep some time of vacation from taking it, other wise become not useful anymore. will buy again def.
