If you’ve been to Jamaica and had their famous national dish Ackee and salt fish, if you’re like me, you got back home and you were craving it. I splurged on the can. I think I got on sale for 14 but you’ll probably end up paying $20 for it. But it’s definitely worth it. It brings back your Jamaican trip. Google a favorite recipe like I did and make it just like they say.It’s really good. And don’t worry if you don’t have salt fish. You can use cod or some other ingredient like I used home caught bass. Crappie is also good. . And it’s really good. You can alter the seasonings to your taste. But I love the Ackee as it gives an almost like firm scrambled egg taste. It’s really good. And don’t worry if you don’t have salt fish. This canned ackee was delicious and enjoyable to eat! It’s definitely worth the price being very expensive in other companies!! They are sturdy and definitely recommended!!

Received product; however two of the cans were dented, one more than the other. The one that is more dented is shown in the photo. It's a great value in terms of the product cost; however, a little more care in not damaging the can is appreciated.
