This book is a must read for new comers, already in the stock market people, alike . The book makes you understand that stock market is not a place for reckless money making (and loosing), yet decent incomes can be made, with the right mindset, research and time. The approach of the book is different from other books , with links to several blogs etc. Simple, easy to read book. Please read it with seriousness and enjoy the benefits that follow.

What I really loved about the book 1. It does not rehash the same old investing mantras that everyone talks about on television. In fact it shows how many of them are not true at all. 2. It is full of ideas and insights. There are I think 40 chapters and each of them takes up a different aspect of investing and explains it. 3. It is very simply and clearly written. I really like the highlights and boxes as well as the chapter summaries. Many chapters even have a QR code at the end that takes you to videos on the subject. Highly recommended

Many basic valuable teachings are there in the book , Like the most important thing which many miss is that asset allocation mainly decides our returns more than any other thing Comparing our own self invested portfolio returns to that of a Mutual Fund, and then deciding who should handle the funds Also the book delves a lot into human psychology, decision making , biases It's more of a general investment book , rather than a stock market book Overall a great book
