Amazing product. I didnt purchase for my skin, but wow have I noticed a difference in the softness of my skin.

I got these for my husband's swimming eyes. It was becoming an every day problem. The first batch he said they weren't working and as he doesn't like to take a lot of pills but even after a week or two it did help. I got him to try again later and to stay on them longer and low and behold he basically no longer has the swimming dripping eyes he had. He's been on them for a month and I just reordered more. An added benefit is it has helped my postmenopausal mucus membranes, also. Between post menopause and being diabetic and taking BP and Diabetic meds and age, I was drying up. Not a cure for this but it helps.

I started using omega 7 for dry eyes. I take one daily and within about a week my eyes felt less dry and irritated. My contact lenses are comfortable again. These supplements are a bit pricey, but I'm willing to pay the price for the great results!

This helps some for dry eye. Improves my symptoms 50-60%. I have to take 6 tablets a day though, and it’s pretty pricey. I have really bad dry eye though, (am on xiidra with only some relief) so I will keep using sea buckthorn oil. Am going to try a cheaper brand and see if it still works. I have found that the Similasan dry eye relief drops also help.

I've been using this Omega -7 for years and I notice a difference in my body when I run out and no fishy taste like Omega-3.
