The bed looked great but arrived slightly damaged. After reaching out, we were provided a very small partial refund. The bed was bought in March and in December it is falling apart. There are huge cracks in the wood paneling that holds the fold down portion off the floor. I don't expect it to last more than a few more months before it is completely broken. For what we paid (even after the partial refund), I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

This is a fantastic Murphy bed! Make sure you have 2-3 people to help with it because it is HEAVY! The instructions are sooo easy if you follow them step by step and don’t skip over them.

Although we like the product; we received it damaged. The small credit received doesn’t make up for the headache. Pass.

Quality is terrible, sloppy construction.

This product is not durable enough to last through fairly regular use. I bought it for my spare room and it started to fall apart, with correct assembly, after the second week of use by a 150lb man. I was excited to have a stylish way to have a bed easily accessible for guests that didn’t take up a lot of room. It was NOT worth the money as it didn’t last even a year as a spare bed and was only used less than 30 nights total.
