Maybe coincidence, maybe not. I wasn’t sleeping well before I took these magnesium capsules. I started them on my doctor’s recommendation. Not any particular brand but the reviews for these were quite positive so I assumed it was a good bet. When I remember to take one 30 minutes or so before bed, I fall asleep easily. Sometimes I wake up at 3 but not always. Overall I’d say it’s been a very positive change with minimal expense. Well worth it. I believe it helps overall body aches and has increased my feelings of calm.

For 10 years, my wife and I tried to find anything and everything to help us sleep. We tried literally dozens of products both prescription and over the counter. You name it, we tried it. But finally, we tried THIS product that is a combo of Magnesium Taurate, Malate and glycinate, and it worked for both of us. It really helped us both sleep. After searching for 10 years. But we had already tried Magnesium glycinate (even in large doses and even combined with other supplements). And the glycinate never worked for us, although it's among the most common recommended. So I knew that the glycinate wasn't the ingredient in this product that helped us. I did research on both Malate and Taurate and found that Malate isn't known for helping sleep, but that Taurate can definitely help with sleep and mental health, and heart health and digestive health. So I ordered Magnesium Taurate alone, and it works for both of us. However, some people might do better to stay with this product, with this combination for the health benefits of the Malate that helps with energy during the day. And some people might need this combo of both glycinate and taurate. It does work for sleep. You can't go wrong with ordering this. It was the first product that EVER worked for us, out of 10 years of trying everything.

I’ve been taking the Micro Ingredients magnesium complex for a little while now, and it feels like a solid supplement. I like that it combines different forms of magnesium instead of just one, and the capsules are easy enough to swallow. The bottle has a ton of servings, so it lasts a long time, which is convenient. The only thing to note is the capsules are on the larger side, so if you don’t like big pills, that might be a bit annoying. Other than that, I think it’s a good value and does what it’s supposed to
