For this supplement there is a minimum of 40%, which to my understanding means that the dosage is a minimum of 300mg of active bacosides. Most suggestions I see are for dosages of 300-600mg so this fits into the lower end. - While I appreciate the availability of this trial pack, I think it’s important to understand that a supplement like this needs to be taken consistently over several months in order to see any noticeable difference. The trial pack is useful to see if you experience any digestive issues from the product though. - It is also important to be aware that this supplement could potentially interact with antidepressants, sedatives, or thyroid medications. - Currently, this product is about $16 for 60 servings which is a very good price. I do see competitors from very reputable companies that are the same price, but have a higher standardization and dosage. - Overall, I think this is a quality product at a fair price. The smell of the capsules was a bit of a turn off for me; it made it hard for me to take. Again, the trial pack is really only helpful if you’re worried about digestive issues. You won’t see any improvements from just taking the 10 servings in this package.

Most of this type of supplement takes weeks or months to see noticeable effects and this 7 day sample simply couldnt do it. However, I can say that it is easy to take, being in capsule form. The price seems decent, not cheap but not expensive. There is no bad or off putting taste either, it's just a basic capsule with no flavor. The ingredients on the container look good, containing a high amount of the intended supplement and the bag is of good quality, with an expiration date.
