I’ve tried Febreze in the past, but I found myself using four times as much just to notice the scent. With this Astonish freshener, the difference was immediate — it smells like fresh cotton straight out of the wash. ⚙️ Ease of Use It sprays on evenly without leaving fabrics wet, and by the time I’ve had a quick wash and come back to bed, it’s already dry. The bottle design is simple and easy to use. ✨ Performance & Results The scent lingers far longer than Febreze and makes my bedding feel fresh even when I don’t have the energy to change the sheets due to pain. It creates that “just washed” feeling and keeps the whole room smelling clean. 🙌 Comfort & Experience Using it genuinely lifts my mood, because it tricks the senses into thinking everything is freshly laundered. It doesn’t irritate or overpower, just gives a light, clean fragrance that makes the space more comfortable. 💷 Value vs Others This lasts much longer than Febreze since you don’t need to soak the fabric to get the effect. It’s proof that sometimes the cheaper alternative is actually better — Febreze feels like buy cheap, buy twice compared to this. ✅ Final Verdict Astonish fabric freshener is now my go-to. Fresh cotton scent, quick-drying, and long-lasting results that keep my space feeling clean and comfortable. I’ve already gone on to purchase more from the range — highly recommend.

Much better than febreeze for the price. The bottle and sprayer seem to be very good quality with a wide spray and no leaks from the neck of the bottle. The scent works well to eliminate a variety of odours including fried food or pets. As a smoker it is very useful for eliminating tough odours and I have noticed that my furniture no longer smells when I sit down.

The Astonish Fabric Refresher is okay. It smells really nice and fresh when you first spray it, but the scent doesn’t last very long. It’s good for a quick freshen-up and the price is fair, especially compared to Febreze which has gone up a lot. Overall, an acceptable budget option, though I likely wouldn’t repurchase.

I’m quite particular about food smells on clothes and bedding, and while currently living in a temporary studio apartment this has been my go-to product. It smells really clean and fresh, lasts well, and isn’t overpowering like many other fabric sprays. I’m a fan of Astonish products and this one definitely doesn’t disappoint. It’s also really good value for money. Definitely recommend and would buy again.

***(UPDATE)*** So, after a few months of using this (and ceasing use of the more potent fabric freshener variants) ... I have come to realise that I actually really like this fragrance (the bottle is one of the best to wield + use; it never leaks on the floor OR your finger when spraying). Before, I was not very attracted to it's aroma, but I can honestly admit that, now, I can appreciate it for what it is, and that is an incredible scent, slightly sweet, but neutral and extremely pleasant!.. I only started to really notice it when I would accidentally spray my dressing gown just before I would wear it, or my pillow/bed before laying in it... It's safe to say, that my face was exposed to the fragrance and I began to actively smell these aforementioned items and discovered that the aroma actually continues to emanate from the material/s for a ridiculously long time after it had been applied (like up to 3 or 4 days afterwards!). So thus is born my new love for this Fabric Freshener spray! (I also raised my rating to 5*-stars!). *** ***(Original Review)*** I have never really been a fan of 'Cotton Fresh/Fresh Linen' scents (literally the same thing)… it just isn't a smell that I am particularly fond of. My 'go-to' fabric freshener scents are 'Mango' or 'Coconut' - I suppose it's actually rather a good thing that I bought this 'Cotton Fresh'-scented spray, because I am nowhere near as 'trigger-happy' with this as I am with the 'Mango' or 'Coconut'... So it is probably a lot better that I have this one instead; now, I only spray it on my furniture + fabrics in moderation - before, with the other scents, I would genuinely spray everything 6x as much because I love the smell! This fragrance is what I would consider a 'default' option (kind of like vanilla ice-cream is to the rest of the flavours). That doesn't mean it's generally a 'bad'-smelling spray... in-fact, it's quite an ordinary, but pleasant scent to lightly mist your furniture/fabric with. It may be a bit boring, but basic scents still get the job done pretty well. This product certainly is effective I CAN tell you that! It's mist-production is quite satisfying - the mechanism is very nice to use. It creates no issues whatsoever and disperses incredibly well. The area/s of application do remain considerably 'wet'/damp for a short while, but the fragrance does not immediately dissipate like some others do. This bottle never leaks, which is a welcome change. Each spray is relatively 'clean'. I most-likely will purchase this again, mainly due to the fact that a bottle will last me a month, whereas the other scents will only ever last a week maximum. I would change the colour to something else because it's fairly similar to the Astonish 'White Vinegar' cleaning spray bottle (another of their products) - this can cause some confusion... ***

This is always my go to! Smells so fresh and lasts. Very good quality for a great price. Bottles never leak, and 500ml lasts around a week. I spray it daily on bed linen, furniture, curtains, cushions, coats, inside shoes…the list is endless.

This is great. I've been using febreze for years. I have a large dog who only smells good for a week after being showered so, I need fabric spray for his bed and my stair carpet plus I like to just freshen up my sofa as well (even though he doesn't get on it). I found that this is lasting for ages compared to febreze because it's strong smelling from the first spray and works a lot better. I usually use a whole bottle of febreze on my stair carpet but, I hardly used any of this at all and got the same result as a full bottle of febreze. It dried quicker too because you don't have to use even half as much. Because of effective it is, and the fact it's going to give me around the same use as 4 or maybe even 5 bottles of febreze it's going to save me a fortune, and it's going to cut down on plastic waste which is really important to me. I'm converted and will be buying again 100%

The scent is truly beautiful and refreshing. It dries instantly and leaves no wet feeling at all. However, the fragrance fades quite quickly, so if you’re looking for something long lasting this might not be the best choice.
