Brand new and sealed, bought this for a client again, very nice!

I bought this Redmi Note 14 brand new for my mom, thinking it was a good deal. We took great care of it by using a cover case, screen protector, regular updates and yet within 3 months it became a nightmare. The phone started randomly restarting, the top of the screen stopped responding, and soon it developed a purple haze and phantom touches, making it unusable. Xiaomi’s tech support sent me all the way to their only service point in Dubai Mall, where they admitted the phone was faulty but refused to replace it and only offering to change the screen. They didn’t even have the part in stock and said it would take over a week to get it. When I asked what would happen if the issue came back, their answer was basically: Come back and we’ll replace the screen again. No concern for the fact that I live far away, no delivery unless I paid 150 AED for a phone worth 500 AED. After getting it “fixed,” the phone started acting up again within days, random restarts, phantom notification sounds. Bottom line: The Redmi Note 14 is unreliable, the after-sales service is unhelpful, and you’ll waste more time and money than you saved. I would never buy from this brand again, spare yourself the frustration.

Modèle sans NFC... en 2025 c'est complètement stupide de vendre ce type de téléphone. on est proche d'une arnaque! Ce modèle est donc une importation non européenne... Vous pouvez pas recharger vos cartes de transport, payer avec le téléphone etc... à éviter absolument
