I’ve been using this 3‑piece wedge pillow set and I’m really impressed so far. Each piece can be moved around to fit whatever position feels best, which makes it super versatile. The smaller neck pillow is especially helpful . I actually place it lower for lumbar support and honestly wish the set came with an extra one because it makes such a difference. It’s comfortable on the neck too. The main wedge can be adjusted in different ways depending on how you want to sit or lie down. I usually start out sitting upright, and at some point I fall asleep, so clearly it’s doing its job. I still need to play around with all the possible configurations, but I already love it. It’s supportive, customizable, and has definitely been helpful for comfort. i havent had to wash it yet but the zipper appears to allow it to slip on and off for easy cleaning. Highly recommend so far.

I could sleep in an upright position without putting any pressure on my shoulder! It provides firm support but is still comfortable enough to get a good night's rest. If you are preparing for surgery, I highly recommend getting this!
