Great vitamins…small and easy to swallow. Dr. told me to take vitamin D3 but once again he failed to mention that vitamin K2 should be taken with it for maximum benefits. Health food store clerk said this was the best way to take these vitamins. Glad to see that Amazon carries this as one capsule per day. Highly recommend!

These pills are small and easy to take. My vit D levels have remained normal since I started taking them.

Seems to work well and good price. Seems to help not get sick. Just take them everyday to get Vit D level up and keep taking it.

So far so good ,only had a short while but they seem to work well. I like that there is only D3 and K2 in the capsule which are easy to swallow and dissolve guickly. I've tried other D3 supplements and like these the best to date. Patience is required with D3 and waiting for test results but I have a good feeling about these.

I trust this brand and was glad to find this particular formulation.
