purchased this cycle and having issues in gears when I talked to owner hey said go changed new gear from local shop and I was shocked literally in 4 days they are saying that stuf according to page their is 6 month warranty in components but u will get nothing owner was rude when i visited shop purchase cycle offline is best then online

Purchased online because there was huge price difference between offline vs online (after discount). Delivery was on time. But discovered gear issues after assemble. Seller replaced the cycle without any questions asked. Replacement works like a charm. Gears are microshit not shimano. Very light weight cycle. Happy cycling!
